Executive Assistant. A dynamic professional with pleasing personality and well versed the functions of corporate and administrative work.
Replying to and managing mail and email.
Managing and organizing appointments.
Preparing travel itineraries and executing them.
Prepares power point presentations/charts/graphs.
Coordinates, organize and presents data/ information.
Maintains files and records.
Provides clerical/secretarial assistance to CEO.
Liaises with other HOD/Functional head/ for day to day work.
Preparing MIS and daily reports.
Attend phone calls/fax. Pre-requisites: Must have Proficiency with various software applications including Microsoft Word and Excel (Macros), Access and HTML, Power Point Presentation Document preparation. Good knowledge of general corporate culture and business etiquette. Excellent Communication Skills both written and oral. Accurate and efficient typing skills. Efficient organizational skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates Ability to follow through on work assignments. Ability to plan, organize and schedule work flow. Must be a Graduate from a reputed institute. 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity or as an assistant to a member of senior management.
