How do you protect confidential information?

LexVantage ensures the confidentiality of our clients’ identity and data to superlative extents by utilizing the latest technology- both physical and electronic measures and the most secure legal environment in the world.

We use pseudo names thereby, their identities are restricted and access to such information is available only to senior management at LexVantage. All files are sent to our clients by email or they can be downloaded from our website. We also deliver hard copies directly to our client's offices as per their requirements.

Our employees are bound by strict non disclosure agreements and the same is applied to our partner vendors. We also do not use any client information for marketing unless the authority to do so has been given to us in writing.

How do you ensure data protection?

Data protection is our prime concern. To ensure protection of our clients’ data, we have meticulously incorporated superior technology.

• 24-hour armed security to maintain physical security at the facility.

• Biometric scans and access-controlled doors.

• Networks are protected by extensive firewalls with 24-hour network and system administrators

• Frequently conducted frisks, drug and alcohol testing

• An extensive network of Close Circuit Televisions.

• Camera phones are not allowed on the floor.

• Server rooms installed with mantraps

• NAS stores all information that passes through our network.

Do you perform Conflict checks?

Yes, we do. To protect the interest of our clients we conduct conflict checks for each and every project we manage. Our conflict checks are thorough and comprehensive.

How are projects submitted to LexVantage?

All projects are submitted via email to LexVantage on templates provided by LexVantage, phone, fax, or FTP.

How is Work Assigned and Distributed within LexVantage?


Once we receive a new project from a client, an acknowledgement e-mail with a unique project code is given to our client. LexVantage’s Coalitions and Partnerships functional teams coordinate with the Account Manager to build the Dedicated Delivery Center through the selected LPO/supplier.

Consequently questions, clarifications and an estimated project timeline is sent directly to the client. In cases where a project is urgent, our managers will speak to our clients directly rather than corresponding via e-mail.

How do you ensure unhindered communication between onshore and offshore resources?

The essence of the Pivotal Provider Model hinges on unhindered communication between our onshore and vendor resources offshore as this facilitates the successful execution and management of any project. For this to happen we ensure:

• Onshore resources have secure access to our network resources, enabling them to directly review the work product and work in real-time with offshore vendor resources.

• Communication channel between onshore and offshore solution centers use both data and voice media to make sure that communication (e-mail, voice chat, text chat etc.) is uninterrupted at any time.

How do you perform Client Relationship Management?

Throughout the life cycle of the project, a project manager or a client manager acts as the single point of contact. A series of telephone and conference calls, emails and daily reports comes along with project management during the course of every project to ensure that your parameters are met, clarifications are addressed and budget and timeline concerns are resolved.

How long does it take to get a project completed?

We complete all projects in the time specified by our clients during the formal signing of the service level agreement with them. We also offer a 24-hour turn around time for urgent time-sensitive projects. This service however attracts extra charges. 

What types of online legal tools do your onshore and vendor attorneys have access to?

We give our attorneys in the Legal Consultant Team access to online research tools such as Lexis Nexis & Westlaw and direct them to a wide range of free online resources.

In addition, as a part of our vendor evaluation and approval procedures we make it mandatory for our vendors to have subscription to these online legal research tools and legal publications of all varieties.

Are clients charged separately for use of online tools?

No. We charge a flat rate and we never bill them separately for the use of any legal tools or other resources.

How do you ensure quality controls during a project?

Our stringent Quality Control process involves constant review of information, mandatory conflict checks and cleansing of proprietary information during the progress of a project.

We conduct multiple checks at three different levels in order to conform to the standards required by our clients.




























What are the essentials of Project Management?

We establish proof of our vendors’ credibility and potential, before entering into a formal arrangement by conducting a pilot project. This clearly outlines parameters of quality, productivity, turn around time, and cost efficiency.

Our effort is always to conform to the parameters, standards, levels of quality and efficiency as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) that we sign with our clients.

What is your service guarantee?

If our clients are not fully satisfied with the legal product they receive, we will re-do the project at no extra charge and in the unlikely event of that failing to conform to standards, we will return their money.

How is Work Delivered from LexVantage to its Clients?

The Delivery of the project is done through email or FTP. We also deliver hard copies based on our clients’ requirements.

In what formats can you deliver the project?

The standard procedure is to deliver completed work products in Adobe Acrobat format (PDF) and formats like Native Format, TIFF, and PST files etc. in case of E-Discovery projects. However, if our clients need the work to be delivered in another format we will suit our products to your specific needs.

Will you provide copies of the authorities cited in your research?


Yes, with all legal research and writing assignments, in addition to any completed work products, we will provide the Bibliography and all cited sources.

What are your pricing models?

As per market research and trends, we primarily charge on an hourly basis. However, we offer discounts on high-volume projects and/or assignments primarily involving document review.

The other pricing structures are per page or per giga-byte in case of E-Discovery projects. However, our hourly rates do not cover any expedited turn around time. This is discussed on a project-to-project basis.
